What’s with writing every *freaking* day anyways?

You can tell me how close or far this thing gets.

  • You’ve often thought of ideas you have, but rarely got to publish them.
  • You considered the idea of putting your views out there to help your customers and market, but found a roadblock on “Who am I to write/say this?
  • You actually started publishing content to grow your audience, but lost momentum and let it slide.
  • You thought about publishing more often, but also asked yourself “What if I run out of things to say?
  • What if what I wanna say has already been said by someone with more authority/celebrity/expertise?
  • What if I don’t really have what it takes to keep at it and be “consistent”?

And you might be right.

MIGHT.

As you might be wrong.

The thing is that you’ll only know when you do it.

And here’s another MIGHT. You’re MIGHTy. Your thinking is. Your ideas are. Yourself.

Having your ideas out of your head can be one way to clarify your thoughts. And that’s what makes you stand out.

Great ideas and insights don’t come after you articulate them. They come in the struggle and IN the articulation of the ideas themselves, paraphrasing David C. Baker and Why He Writes.

And writing is not easy. but it can be simple.
