“There are enough real questions and issues to solve – let’s not solve problems that don’t exist [like stop calling soft skills, something else].”

That was a reply to Soft Skills from 2 days ago.

Real questions will NEVER get all the time and dedication and focus to be solved as A real question.

  1. They’re not in siloes. Everything is connected and interdependent.
  2. Problems are not mutually exclusive: If you fix A, you can’t fix B.
  3. Because something’s been in use for a long time (hello, status quo), it doesn’t mean it’s supposed to keep like that. Slavery was legal until 1981 in Mauritania. That didn’t make it “right” or acceptable to the rest.

Here’s the thing

Whatever you want to focus on —be it your business, your customers, your market, etc.— is more than a “one or the other” situation.

Get back a little and try to see the bigger picture. You’ll be surprised at what you’ll start noticing.

And if you get to do this with your customers, they’ll appreciate it more.

Because the impact will be greater.
