It’s so awesome to have people around that value others and their work. 🙂 There were a bunch of replies on the last emails about “Work for Free” and “Showing up is the secret”. Most of them were taking into account that work goes both ways: give and get. Not only money, but trust. Here’s the thing There’s more and more of businesses, “thought-leaders The only thing you will always have power over is your ability to say No. No to crap work, to tedious tests, to spec work, to something that doesn’t feel right for you. You don’t need empowerment, because the power is already in you. Next time a situation like this happens to you, you can decline. Just give it a try. And if you feel frisky enough, you can always reply like the old man in the video: “Then go for (it). Get out of here.“ 🙂 |
