His interview with Steve-O (yeah, the guy from Jackass) is filled with gems:

You don’t need to look cool.
You don’t need to offer the same as others.
You don’t need to look like everyone else.
To stand out.
You can see what’s that point nobody else is paying attention to.
You can be silly.
You can be playful.
And just try.
But you have to put yourself out there. 🙂
